Joshua L. Fuchs, Esq., a partner at Jones Day, resident in its Houston office, has substantial jury trial, arbitration, and hearing experience including being a core member of jury trial teams in both federal and state courts. In addition, he has substantial experience responding to governmental investigations brought by agencies such as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Department of Justice. Named a "Texas Rising Star" by Texas Super Lawyers and Law & Politics magazine (2007, 2009, 2013, and 2014), Mr. Fuchs also has had substantial success helping clients reduce e-discovery costs by presenting burden arguments to courts and opponents. He is also a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
