Daniel J. Siegel, Esq.

Mr. Siegel has devoted his career to representing and providing professional guidance to attorneys about ethical matters, culminating in his 2020 appointment as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility. In addition, Mr. Siegel’s practice also focuses on trial and appellate court writing, and workers compensation matters. He serves in numerous other bar association positions, including serving as Chair of the American Bar Association Law Practice Division Professional Development Board, and the author of ethics, technology and other columns for the American Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Law Weekly.

Mr. Siegel, principal of the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC, handles matters that keep other attorneys awake at night. He regularly represents attorneys with and provides (1) ethical and technoethical guidance on a wide range of areas, and (2) serves as trial and appellate counsel, handling the drafting of pleadings and briefs, as well as oral argument and related services. He also handles workers’ compensation, personal injury and general litigation matter.

Mr. Siegel is the author of thirteen books, including and Changing Law Firms: Ethical Guidance for Pennsylvania Law Firms & Attorneys; he is the editor of Pennsylvania Fee Agreements. He also served as lead author of numerous ethical guidance opinions issued by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Ethics Committee.
