Christine  Green, Esq.

With a focus in labor and employment law and litigation, Christine Green counsels and represents clients on matters concerning EEOC discrimination charges, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and restrictive covenant disputes, to name a few. Christine also specializes in ADA Title III Public Accessibility issues, particularly in representing businesses facing public accessibility lawsuits, as well as consulting on compliance with the ADA’s accessible design standards. Working closely with a client’s management group or human resources division, she helps develop and implement practical and efficient policies and procedures that are compliant with the latest state and federal labor and employment laws. Christine takes a practical approach to assisting her clients. She understands the impact that a legal matter can have on a small to mid-size business; so she works with her clients to achieve efficient and manageable solutions.
