Andrea  Bricca

Andrea Bricca is a Partner based in Las Vegas, NV. She specializes in in-house placement, including general counsel, with an expertise in the Gaming and Hospitality industries. Her in-house placements have been with companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100 across the country, with a strong focus on the Phoenix, Denver and Las Vegas areas. She also has a strong record of matching lawyers at all levels of experience and areas of expertise with top law firms as well as with smaller regional firms and boutiques.

She has been recognized within Major, Lindsey & Africa for her skills and teamwork, earning the Mentoring Others Award in 2014. Andrea has been trained in the use of a number of work behavior assessments.

Andrea is an alumna of Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Las Vegas program and is active in the local volunteer community. She holds a black belt — not in a martial art — but in the Six Sigma Quality Improvement Standard, the methodology and standard many companies use to improve their business processes. Andrea enjoys collecting art and shoes, spending time
with her dog, and entertaining the many friends and family members who visit often in Vegas.
Prior to becoming a legal search consultant, Andrea spent 11 years with AlliedSignal Inc., where she developed legal and business expertise as manager of ethics and business conduct in the company's Los Angeles aerospace division and in congressional relations and marketing at AlliedSignal's government relations office in Washington, D.C. She also worked extensively with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Andrea frequently spoke on ethics in the workplace. During her time with AlliedSignal, she is also graduated from the AlliedSignal HR University and recognized with the AlliedSignal Premier Achievement Award for Excellence in Finance.
