Alexandra  Robertson, Esq.

Alexandra W. Robertson is an attorney and partner at ASK LLP in mass tort litigation. Alex has spent the last nine years of her practice dedicated to representing individuals injured by dangerous pharmaceuticals and hazardous medical devices. She has experience in all facets of mass tort litigation from case acquisition to settlement. Alex has worked in both federal and state court, having worked on numerous multidistrict litigations and state court consolidations. Some of the mass torts she has worked on include: In re Propecia (Finasteride) Products Liability Litigation in the Eastern District of New York; In re Taxotere (Docetaxel) Products Liability Litigation in the Eastern District of Louisiana;  In re Testosterone Replacement Therapy Products Liability Litigation in the Northern District of Illinois; In re Preterm Infant Nutrition Products Liability Litigation in the Northern District of Illinois; In re Hair Relaxer Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation in the Northern District of Illinois; In re Acetaminophen – ASD/ADHD Products Liability Litigation in the Southern District of New York; In re Juul Labs, Inc., Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation in the Northern District of California; In re Paragard IUD Products Liability Litigation in the Northern District of Georgia; along with Risperdal and Invega state court consolidations in California and Pennsylvania; and Hyland’s Baby Teething Tablets state court consolidation in California. Alex has also previously worked with a variety of nonprofits and governmental organizations. She has a passion for social justice and continues to advocate for the underprivileged in her legal career.
