Generative AI (GenAI) applications are creating complex challenges as it relates to maintaining compliance with privacy law. This course defines GenAI, walks through the privacy challenges developers and end users face in light of it, and reviews how and why the NIST Privacy Framework and the AI Risk Management Framework are important for dealing with these challenges. The program wraps up with a review of practical risk assessment and mitigation strategies for both developers and end users.
