Before the pandemic, supply chains were a typically non-visible part of manufacturing, humming along quietly in the background. But today, supply chains are all over popular news – so much so that the October 7, 2021 edition of The Atlantic published a story entitled, “America is running out of everything.”

This webinar will talk about the areas of dramatic upheaval that are causing stress to supply chains today: changes in consumption patterns, changes in available labor, changes in global diplomatic relationships, and changes in logistics networks worldwide.

The webinar will also discuss where, geographically, offshore manufacturing may move as it begins to move out of China. Attorneys working with companies impacted by these changes will need to keep these mega-trends in mind as they advise their clients legally and operationally.
