his program will discuss what trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions can and cannot do with trust funds. We will cover the use of trust funds to pay attorneys’ fees—both for litigation and administration—as well as what types of expenses and trustees’ fees courts across the country have approved or disapproved. The program will review recent cases from several jurisdictions, including California, Florida, and Missouri.
