Annie M. Kenville is a member of Baker Donelson's Government Enforcement and Investigations group, where she assists clients with government investigations, enforcement actions, internal investigations, and white-collar criminal prosecutions.
From 2020 – 2022, Ms. Kenville served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland in the Violent Crimes and Gangs Section. In this role, Ms. Kenville investigated and prosecuted firearm and controlled dangerous substance offenses, including unlawful dealing in firearms, felon in possession of a firearm, Hobbs Act Robbery, straw purchasing, and National Firearms Act violations.
Ms. Kenville previously practiced at Miles & Stockbridge where she represented clients in commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, including matters related to business and contract disputes and business tort claims. She also gained experience assisting government contractors and subcontractors with procurement-related disputes, including bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office and appeals to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Ms. Kenville served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Bennett with the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
