The program will also offer practical tips and guidance for how companies and outside counsel can use the new guidance to effectively advocate for positive outcomes when engaging the Department of Justice concerning an anticorruption investigation. Risk mitigation strategies and best practices for compliance policies in light of the new guidance will also be covered.
