He has also litigated and obtained favorable results for his clients in many business tort cases, including fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference matters.In addition to his courtroom experience, Manny advises clients regarding litigation management. For example, he has worked with a nationwide banking institution to manage a portfolio of high-stakes financial litigations. He has also advised a medical device company regarding the management, and presentation at trial, of a series of technology-based litigations.
