When lawyers understand gender stereotypes and the biases that flow from them they are able to effectively combat gender discrimination and improve gender diversity in the legal profession. In this program, Ms. Kramer and Mr. Harris provide women lawyers with advice and techniques they can use to avoid or overcome gender bias. They also provide male lawyers with the information and insights they need to recognize the often subtle and unconscious gender biases that exist in their profession so they can effectively assist women in advancing in their legal careers.
