Ben Wolkov, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its Miami office, where he is part of the Corporate Department and a member of his firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Latin America Practice Groups. Mr. Wolkov’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate counseling and sophisticated domestic and international transactions, with a primary focus on private equity (leveraged buyouts), domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital investments and financings, and joint ventures and strategic alliances. He has experience working on cross-border acquisitions and financings between the United States and various jurisdictions in Latin America (e.g., Mexico and Brazil).
