David M. Beckwith, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its San Diego office. Mr. Beckwith, who focuses his practice on complex litigation and trial of U.S. patent disputes, intellectual property due diligence and counseling, has successfully tried multimillion dollar patent cases to verdict and has appellate experience before the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
