In this installment of the Celesq®-West IP Master Series, three leading intellectual property practitioners address some of the hot topics in intellectual property law confronting corporate counsel today. Topics include a brief overview of prevailing copyright, trademark, and patent law, issues relating to ownership of copyrights in works created by employees and contractors, claims of willful trademark infringement and the advice of counsel defense to such claims, and issues that frequently arise in the context of intellectual property licensing.
