Matthew J. Rita, Esq. is a partner in the firm of Ford & Harrison LLP, resident in its Denver office. While his primary practice area is complex commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, with substantial experience in the employment law arena, he also provides substantive legal advice and counseling on an ongoing basis. Mr. Rita strives to keep clients apprised of developments in the law, both informally and through publications and presentations, including his article last fall entitled "Family Responsibilities Discrimination: An Evolving Theory Under Federal Law," and his national web casts with Celesq® AttorneysEd Center, including a recent program on new Federal Rule of Evidence 502.
