Simona A. Agnolucci, Esq. is an associate at Arnold & Porter LLP, which recently combined with Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, P.C. Ms. Agnolucci’s practice focuses on appellate law and securities and financial services litigation. She is a member of the firm's Recruiting Committee and also has served on its Summer Program Committee. Before joining Howard Rice, Ms. Agnolucci was a law clerk to the Honorable William C. Canby, Jr. of United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. She also served as an extern to the Honorable John T. Noonan, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and to the Honorable J. Anthony Kline of the California Court of Appeal. Ms. Agnolucci is the chairwoman of the Amicus Briefs Committee of the Queen's Bench Bar Association and a member of the Associates Advisory Board of the Public Interest Clearinghouse. |
