David M. Beckwith, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its San Diego office. Mr. Beckwith, who focuses his practice on complex litigation and trial of U.S. patent disputes, intellectual property due diligence and counseling, has successfully tried multimillion dollar patent cases to verdict and has appellate experience before the Supreme Court of the United States and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition to his litigation experience, he has led due diligence teams in preparing complex opinions regarding patent infringement and validity issues, and advised clients concerning licensing matters and IP portfolio due diligence associated with mergers and acquisitions. |
