Jill Basinger, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in its Los Angeles office. Ms. Basinger, who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and wage and hour, also has extensive experience in the areas of copyright and trademark infringement, unfair competition, unfair business practices, fraud and other complex business torts. As an active trial lawyer, she has successfully tried cases involving wrongful termination, fraud, breach of contract, defamation, trade secret theft, invasion of privacy, and other disputes. Ms. Basinger was recently appointed to the Board of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA) and selected as the Litigation Section Co-Chair. |
