Jeffrey Bromme, Esq. is a partner in Arnold & Porter LLP's Washington, D.C., office. He previously served as General Counsel at the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and while at CPSC, he received the prestigious "Chairman's Award" in recognition of his service. Since returning to Arnold & Porter from government service, his practice has also involved representing clients on environmental issues, including the representation of a client with significant financial assurance violations. He has also written on financial assurance obligations. |
