Matthew J. Fader, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of K&L Gates LLP, where he concentrates his practice on assisting clients to comply with the FCPA, handling complex commercial litigation and conducting internal investigations. Mr. Fader, who heads the firm's FCPA task force, advises companies with business outside of the United States with respect to compliance with the FCPA and conducts internal investigations into potential violations of the FCPA and due diligence investigations of prospective and existing foreign agents, business partners and acquisition targets. Before joining K&L Gates, Mr. Fader, a graduate of Yale Law School, was a Trial Attorney with the United States Department of Justice in the Civil Division’s Commercial Litigation Branch. |
