New formats, such as MP3 formats, will now be available to Texas attorneys to satisfy their accredited MCLE requirements. As of June 1, 2011, Texas attorneys will need to take at least 12 credits of accredited MCLE programs. A maximum of 3.0 self-study credits will be allowed. The summary contained herein is provided solely for your convenience and should not be relied upon as a complete description of the new Rules.
