New Celesq® Appellate Practice Series starting January 2012

New for 2012! Celesq® AttorneysEd Center is presenting a 3-part series on appellate practice with emphasis on the federal appeals courts. The Appellate Practice Series covers practical tips, techniques and strategies for preserving issues on appeal, for successful appeals and more.

The series will be headed by Sean M. SeLegue, Esq., a director at Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, P.C. (which will combine with Arnold & Porter LLP effective January 1, 2012). Mr. SeLegue, who previously served as law clerk at the Ninth Circuit, and who has successfully argued cases in the California Supreme Court, the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit, will be joined by colleagues from Howard Rice and Arnold & Porter with extensive Federal Appeals Court experience.

Secrets to Success in Federal Appeals (2213) (February 15, 2012)
